Yes. Each building is approved by RAJUK before construction, along with the fire service and, where needed, civil aviation clearances. The approval number is on every building page.
From the floor area RAJUK allows on your plot. The split is usually half the building, written into the agreement together with the handover date and a daily penalty if we are late.
Yes. Pay through formal banking channels and keep the bank records; we provide the documents your bank asks for. Rental income and sale proceeds can be sent back abroad under Bangladesh Bank rules.
