Designed for the fault line
Every frame is designed to the seismic requirements of the Bangladesh National Building Code and checked by an independent structural engineer.
ACT Development builds homes in Dhaka. A few buildings at a time, so the same engineers stay with each one from the first pile to the keys.

We limit how many buildings we take on each year. It keeps our directors, engineers and site teams close to every foundation pour.
Today that means 4 buildings and 47 homes in Gulshan, Baridhara, Uttara and Bashundhara. Some stand on land we bought; most on land we develop with the families who own it, who keep half of what we build.
Our tagline, the signature foundation for the future, is a promise about the part of a building nobody sees: the soil test, the piles, the steel and the concrete.
Every frame is designed to the seismic requirements of the Bangladesh National Building Code and checked by an independent structural engineer.
Our own site engineers supervise every pour, every column and every slab. The people who build it answer for it.
Buyer and landowner agreements carry a handover date and a penalty if we miss it.
Rainwater harvesting, planted roofs that keep the top floor cool, and air-conditioning sized for the rooms it serves.
